All Domestic and International orders are shipped via Canada Post - PrePaid. (international customers are responsible for any additional custom fees and import taxes)

Most orders are shipped within 7 days, excluding weekends and holidays. While we do carry a large variety of compression garments, we can't guarantee your item will be in stock when you place your order as we fit patients daily at our Compression Therapy Support Centre and World Wide headquarters located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

If the item you order isn't in stock, it should ship within 15 business days, unless it is on a manufacturer's backorder. As an organization dedicated to serving you, in the event of an extended manufacturer's backorder, we will promptly notify you.

Yes, many of our products are available for rush shipping (i.e., next day air, 2nd day air). If you need to place a RUSH order, please call our Toll-Free number at the top of this page.

Accucare is an incorporated family owned business that has been in operation since 2003.

Compression therapy products are the only products that we sell.

If you are refering to medical walkers or wheelchairs, the answer is NO.

Accucare is a leading compression therapy support centre focused only on compression therapy products. Everthing from compression stockings, sport socks, arm sleeves, cosmetic surgery garments to advanced cold compression sport/recovery wraps.

All garments and devices listed on our website are considered "Personal Hygiene" items and therefore can not be returned.
