Our AccuCare Certified Fitters have over 25+ years combined experience when it comes to properly fitting and dispensing medically rated compression garments.

Our AccuCare Canada executive team is comprised of professionals that are not only experienced but highly recommended and respected by physicians throughout the world. Our President has over 28 years of experience specific to healthcare/cancer treatment. Our Executive Director has over 25 years of experience specific to delivering complex technical/engineering/solutions along side six sigma manufacturing practices. Our Director of Recovery Systems holds a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy along with a past that includes successes as an international Pro athlete.

As a team, we strive for excellence and constantly give assistance when other organizations or communities are in need. Proudly we sit on the board, as directors, to other organizations seeking support and coaching.

Products listed on our website that are a part of this special offer will indicate a "Buy 3, get 1 FREE" in the detailed product description. In addition, you are allowed to "mix" different garments of the same or lesser value in order to benefit from this amazing promotion. ie: purchasing 3 different styles and colours of pantyhose will allow you to qualify for a 4th FREE pair.

After you purchase your 3 garments, simply email our group (info@accucarecanada.com) your FREE 4th garment request (value must be the least amount of the 3 garments selected) and we will add it to your order. Please note that you must forward your request for the FREE garment of your choice at the time of order placement, no exceptions (not days or weeks later). Thank you.

 

 What methods do you use to ship products?

All Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post - Express Mail PrePaid or another courier of our choice (please allow between 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive) once processing has been completed. (International customers are responsible for any additional custom fees and import taxes).

 

Does your group support environmentally friendly shipping practices?

Yes (for the past 14 years)

Our medical manufacturing partners seal their medical stockings in either plastic packaging or a retail box (or both). To save on shipping charges and to help with the environment our group removes the bulky cardboard boxes (if applicable) used to display the garments in (our group then recycles the boxes) and sends you only the sealed garment(s) along with your invoice.

 

How quickly will you ship my order?

Orders are processed within 3-15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for actual transit time of your item.

In the event of an extended manufacturer's backorder, we will promptly notify you.

 

What do you charge for shipping?

Orders that exceed a total of $300 Canadian Dollars will be shipped FREE of charge using Canada Post or a courier of our choice.

 

Orders that total less than $300 Canadian Dollars will be charged a flat rate $20 Canadian Dollars for shipping via Express Post air mail (service comes with a tracking number).

 

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, many of our products are available for rush shipping (i.e., next day air, 2nd day air, etc). If you need to place a RUSH order, please call our Toll-Free number prior to placing your order.

 

What Taxes do you charge/collect for purchases made in Canada?

If you live in any one of the following Provinces (listed in the chart below) or Territories and DO NOT have a Prescription for your purchase, you will be charged the following Tax rate:

Do you provide other health care products?

If you are refering to medical walkers, canes, wheelchairs, schooters or health suppliments, the answer is NO. AccuCare Canada Inc is focused only on providing compression therapy & orthopedic braces/support products. Everthing from advanced compression stockings, compression sport socks, compression arm sleeves, sport compression body garments, cosmetic surgery recovery garments, advanced cold compression sport/recovery wraps, operating room body cooling systems, sequential compression pumps to orthopedic braces and supports.

 

Do you have a 30 day Return Policy?

All medical garments and medical devices listed on our website are considered "Personal Hygiene" items and therefore cannot be returned (regardless if packaging has been opened or not). So please make sure you have taken the time to read this information prior to completing your purchase.

 

Our group is confident that you would rather know that the medical garments or devices that you have purchased from our group have not touched the body of another, prior to you receiving them. The fact that certain types of parasites/microbacteria (MRSA and VRE) can survive on textiles for up to 90 days, is what initiated our strict No Return Policy in the first place. In addition, all medical products listed on our website come with a 30 day guarantee from manufacturer defects ONLY. Should you encounter a defect, you must contact our group immediately, state the reason for the return and our group will forward you a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to you sending the item back (at your expense). Once the item has been received by our group, it will be reviewed for the noted defect. Should it be determined that there is, infact, a defect present a replacement or credit will be issued back to you (at our discretion).

 

Please note: If an item is returned to our group without a "RA" number it will not be accepted.

 

What if I cancel my order?

When you place an order with our group you agree to all of our Terms and FAQ's noted on our website. Once our group begins to process your order it is very time consuming due to the volume of orders we receive daily, therefore, please take the time to read all of our information found throughout our website prior to placing your order. If in the end you still wish to cancel your order, you will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order (less any shipping and taxes paid, if applicable).
